The Cuisine Ready Wire Mesh Strainer with Long Handle is just what I needed for my big old fryer. This reminds me so much of my restaurant working days. Fry everything and bring them out. LOVE IT!! It kind of makes me want to do beignets and have powder sugar flying everywhere. The strainer is of great quality and super sturdy. The stainless steel is nice and polished. It is great to have for all of your frying occasions.

These wire mesh strainers were great additions for my deep fryer. They are long handled which is what I needed to avoid getting splattered by hot oil. The spoon is squared shape at 6.5″ which is large enough for all that I put in there: chickens, fries, onions, etc. The mesh does a good job in straining out the oil and they are easy to clean and wash.
