These are for the bigger restaurant fryer’s. Nice long handles so you stay away from the hot grease. Sturdy! Well made for restaurant use. Great value. Highly recommended.

The strainers are easily up to the task and sturdily constructed. The handles aren’t the most comfortable, but they’re easy to clean. The mesh does a good job of catching smaller debris that a regular spider strainer cannot. Overall, the tool performs as it should.

I actually got this for skimming stuff out of our little pond in the backyard. It works great for that and I can see it holding up for several years. I’m happy with it.

This is very heavy and sturdy. Would not be able to use this at home but only in a commercial space or if you have an outdoor fryer for the big job.
